This is another real estate website I created for the Berks County Pa market. This site pulls MLS data into pages using a very intuitive interface on the back end (the Interface is provided by a third party vendor with a monthly fee) . I set up the interface to work with the website. There are ways to pull just the listings for a specific neighborhood, specific school district, and if you want to target foreclosures and short sales only, there is a way to do that too!
Also, this particular site uses a 3rd party plugin to add the ability for visitors to save searches, save their favorite properties, and for the agent to force registration to gain more leads. Also, this agent can see which visitors are more active, view the listings that are favorites of the visitor, and allows the agent to gain better insight into each lead to convert more business.
The big advantage to a real estate website like this is that the agent can target specific markets and create pages just for those targeted areas. Then, the page can be search engine optimized to rank well for that market. It is a great website for an agent that is looking to grow their internet referral business.
It has the ability to tie into Facebook, Twitter, etc. This site has paid for itself 4 times over in the first year of operation due to reerrals that turned into business.
